Dear Forum Members!
For your reference, attach the parameter file where you can get an initial overview of the general parameters in each country.
Within the link we have compiled general parameters regarding each real estate market (country in each buffer - arranged according to A-B) which can give us an objective general estimate regarding the market.
We invite investors and investment lenders to add the parameters in their activity market.
Investors who update the various parameter rates are invited to register where their personal details are so that members interested in investing in their country of specialization can contact them directly.
Members interested in hearing about specific market investments are invited to list their details in the table below the parameters table.
We are still missing: Australia, Italy, Serbia, Romania.
We would be very grateful to anyone who can donate to us from our time and update the missing.

Well done for the initiative! very interesting
Thank you very much! Holy work!
I entered details in Canada.
Are there lectures for beginners in the field? Something that will deploy the advantages / disadvantages / initial capital needed, etc. in the increased countries?
Hi Max, I would like to add a comment about the USA - purchase tax does not exist in most countries, but there are exceptional countries. For example, in Philadelphia there is what is called Transfer Tax, which is a tax that is paid both on buying and selling, and it currently stands at 4% of the value of the transaction. That means it is both a 4% purchase tax and a sale. It does not exist in many states in the US but it is important to check.
Stunning! Well done ?
Thanks Max!

I will update later on Hungary, as according to the text it is difficult to get financing for investments in Budapest by foreign residents (definitely true). But there are ways to get by.
