I'm in a contract with a landlord to buy his house at 50. After renovating 40, the home should be worth 140. Because my money is stuck in two other projects, I suggested that my contractor partner with me: I will buy the house and it will be refurbished with agreed specifications. Apparently it would cost him 20 a thousand + two or three months of his work at home. How would you define this partnership in the contract? My concern, of course, is that of cheap materials that will not reach the planned ARV. Another concern is that the renovation for the cold season is over there as it will be more difficult to sell the house.
