Hello friends,
First of all I wanted to thank the managers and members of the group who provide a lot of information!
I am a new group and real estate developer in the US.
I have a few questions about overseas property financing,
I hoped you might answer them
I do not have American citizenship, I have Israeli and European citizenship.
I wanted to know what financing options I have and what you recommend.
Can I get a mortgage from an American bank without a US tax history?
If so, what percentage of the down payment can I ask for?
Is it possible that I will be able to take an intrest only mortgage and payment of the fund at the sale?
What is the average interest rate for a foreign citizen for a year of 30?
And what do you recommend and do or do for yourself?
Thank you ! ?

Contact me at 0549546434 and I can give you information about a body I knew recently that obtained financing for foreigners from US banks in certain areas of the US.
For the most part, it is very difficult for foreigners to receive financing from US banks because they were shut down in 2008 from foreign investors who leveraged assets in many billions and with relative ease. In the crisis, investors abandoned the assets that fell below the value of the asset at the time.
