  1. Every year we travel in the area to the music festival in the old steel factory. Lovely area. I checked real estate opportunities there. It seems that the prices are no longer cheap. Definitely seeing the progress of the area, and surprised me that it is not in the headlines. Investors are trying to sell properties there at unreasonable prices. For example a single property converted into four units for more than one hundred thousand dollars per door. We'd love to hear about sample deals you make there.
