Roy ever

Roi Maudi is the owner and founder of valore, a company that specializes in commercial real estate investments in the United States and currently only invests in multi-family complexes.
 
Roy started his career about 7 years ago in marketing commercial transactions (malls, shopping malls, office buildings, hotels, etc.) and connecting buyers and sellers and from there began to build his network of contacts and paved his way for entrepreneurship.
 
From there he switched to entrepreneurial syndication deals and executed 16 commercial deals in California. 14 transactions ended successfully and 2 transactions ended with no profits at all.
 
For the past three years, Roy has been focusing on multi-family investments, with a focus on buildings with 100 apartments and above when operating in the developer cap.
