First 4 sessions

Fourth meeting Team building and work management. 4 advanced sessions

Real estate is a complex business, which combines: accounting, taxes, reports, employee management, suppliers, software, expenses, etc.… We will learn how to manage our real estate business from an operational and administrative perspective

Eighth session Completion of the renovation until the sale. Everything you need to know - how do you do staging? How do you make sure a home is ready for sale? Which title company should you work with? And how to know about what offer to go that sell the house? All the answers to these questions and more, in a summary meeting we will go over the things that are important to make sure before putting a house on the market, and everything you need to know until the sale, and after.
