    Hello Dear forum administrators,

Investors have contacted me with the following letter - we'll be happy to consult with you about new regulations that have apparently been passed in Philadelphia sending reports that the grass is tall - can you shed some light on the new regulations? Attached is an example of a letter sent to them Philadelphia - Violation - Overgrown Grass - Page 1 Philadelphia - Violation - Overgrown Grass - Page 2   Thanks!

There is nothing new here. The landlord is responsible for the grass being covered. In the spring-summer months it is recommended to mow at least once every two weeks or the inspectors will beat you. The inspectors circulate in the city and distribute warnings in a random manner or after complaints from neighbors about unclaimed grass, neglect and snow removal. Recommendations:

    1. Make sure to mow your lawn immediately. The inspectors may go there and cancel the violation.
    2. Try contacting the municipality after the problem has been addressed and ask that a supervisor pass by and check again.
    3. Arrange the lawn mowing with the management company or the tenants.
