I did it in New York. This is called Tax Grievance. Doing it now on the two buildings in Connecticut that I showed in the lecture. Can save thousands of dollars. In New York I downloaded 4000 dollars in taxes. The way it works is that you undermine the province. The county says not ready to download, because they know that the court limits the download to 25 percentage once every two years. Too bad I didn't know it before I paid the property tax which went up by tens of percent in the last year ?. Comforting that at least it will help others.
