# Initiated week Post # 1 Introducing Nir in the "Real Estate"
And the first real estate lesson: Believe it!
Hello everyone,
First of all to Lior, thank you for inviting us to host a forum aspiring to the initiative and the amazing work of creating the community!
My name is Nir in Bagni. Maybe some of you have known or heard about me called "real estate" and there is a story behind that name. I made more than 100 rental deals in Cleveland Ohio. This week I will share with you and see that if I succeeded anyone can because my background is the most Israeli I usually have. School of Military, BA, Industrial and Management Engineering at the Technion, then worked as an employee of Teva for 11 years in project management and risk management.
Perhaps what was unorthodox and fortunate was the skills I acquired in professional management practices, and also the experience of working with colleagues in the US on a daily basis here from Israel for years and years, because these were a very powerful component that gave me not only skills but Faith That you can make real estate investments in the US remotely, without being present all the time.
Before it all started, I was exactly the stereotype of someone who walked the "success" track and was told to do it that way and succeed. My problem was that I really did and succeed because that's why I stayed on track. But there was something missing for me personally. I felt this frustration in the background, really it wasn't a matter of money!
The truth is, I felt a little self-deceived, doing the so-called "succeed," but for me to pursue such a career until I was third and retiring would be a missed opportunity that this expired card, called My Life, would be without real self-exhaustion.
I come from a family that both my parents and my grandparents held real estate for rent, I remember Friday night conversations about real estate and business when I was a little kid. I know very well what time and real estate do together. That's why I believed in this tool and no one had to convince me that real estate was the real deal. All of this met me again at a later age because I craved financial flexibility. I remember saying to myself quite not wanting to be so heavily dependent on just a paycheck every month! I also felt it put me at a disadvantage in front of my employer. I decided to create a breath of air and a space of action in parallel with income from work.
I believed This is possible through rental income to generate additional monthly cash flow. And later it proved itself. While salaried and self-employed workers are experiencing significant financial difficulties and my friends in nature have also happened, the rental real estate market has continued to maintain stability. That way, people will always need a place to live and renting continues to be an important source of income for me.
What I want to give as a message today is that the first and most important key is to believe! The first job at the beginning is mostly self-work to believe that you can do real estate and succeed.
My story this week to you is the truth as I know it. The road starts with faith, continues with a regular method and hence there is an open end to doing and continuous improvement. Personally, I've learned more about myself over the last ten years than real estate. And mostly I've learned that the road is much bigger than one or the other 8 or 10% financial result !, I've learned that this road is a journey of personal development and will do my best this week to share the principles of the road as I know her.
For those who have not yet started what your concerns are? To friends who did what helped you gain faith and power to act?
