Modified SFH cash flow analysis

This is a modified version of J Scott's SFH analysis sheet. I updated the formulas to work with an all cash offer or a 15 year mortgage and I added a separate calculation of property taxes based on assessed value that may be different from the purchase price. I also have separate rows for repairs vs capital reserves to plan for longer-term improvements such as a new roof, new HVAC, etc. This is a different version of J Scott's SFH analysis sheet. I updated the formulas for working with a cash offer or mortgage for 15 years and added a separate calculation of property tax based on an estimated value that may be different from the purchase price. I also have separate lines for repairs versus capital reserves for planning longer term improvements like new roof, new HVAC etc ..
