So what happens to Texas?
Texas continues to be a magnet for people. The country stood out dominantly with the number of cities being on the largest list at the fastest pace in the northern continent, and this is according to the official census in the United States.
Dallas, and Fort Worth were among the cities that received the most people in recent years. Dallas is in third place and Fort Worth in fourth, both with a growth rate approaching 20 people a year.
Growth in North Texas went beyond building in the cities themselves, and expanded to all the small towns in the area, with places like Frisco growing by 13 thousand people, and now there is close to 180 thousand people.
Places like Houston experienced a little less growth, but this fact was broken by many small cities in the metropolis that overshadowed the slow growth of the big city.
According to the Texas Tribune, the migration story in Texas is making the main cities denser, expanding the surrounding suburbs, and the trend is likely to continue into 2020
