I would love the help of the crowd and the knowledge that is here
I am required to pay taxes in New Jersey once a quarter and they are not willing to accept credit card payment or bank transfer
Only in a check that will reach them or only in cash payment that will reach them.
Up to this moment I am doing it through the management company and everything is fine but it is a bit complicated and cumbersome procedure.
I need to send money to the bank account of the management company and this they become a check for the taxes and send by mail then I need to check with the municipality whether it was received and demand receipt to my accountant
This is a local municipality and not state taxes so it's a little different from city taxes that pay on the site and get an invoice and everything is easy, I do it in Florida or Detroit and everything is easy but in New Jersey with a local municipality and weird laws a little more complex
So looking for a way to simplify things pay them locally or I was just thinking is there a way to send directly from my bank a quarterly check for them?
I work with BOA only
I would be happy to advise
Best regards

In boa there is a bill pay option, and they send you a check, that's how I pay irs
Order checks to Israel from the bank. Send once a quarter a check for all the assets along with an attached letter detailing the attached amount for each asset. We do this though with a city in New York but it works wonderfully. Send by registered mail
Send bill pay from bofa
