Hello I have some questions as a young guy who is being discharged as a combat officer from the military and wants to enter the real estate world in the United States.
1. After receiving the visa is there a problem to enter and leave the United States many times and without a problem? And if so, what are you doing?
2. After I open a bank account there to start working in the field will the bank give me loans and how does it work what percentage of average interest? What percentage of education will I receive?
Thank you very much for the help is very important to me.

I'm not sure you can accumulate a credit score at all without having an SSN. And those who come with a tourist visa can not issue an SSN

Depending on which visa you enter… I would not recommend settling down and starting work here illegally but I am really "Yoramite" in my mind and there are many who have done so and surely also succeeded… Regarding a loan no bank will lend you money without an impressive record of credit and experience Before you run to invest invest in studying the field, accompany a real estate agent, work for free with a real estate investor, study the field because for the tenth time or so I mention here- real estate is not a boom and we are done, it is not shiny and it is not a gold mine, It's a job and in order to be successful it is also hard work and for every success there is a tax of failures so if you want to be on the successful side - recommend without shortcuts and start learning in the field. good luck

Hi Roy,
1. Basically you can enter and exit as much as you want. On the other hand if you want to go in and out so much then why not just stay there for longer periods? Something to think about..
2. Usually a bank will not lend you at first. It will take time for you to gain experience and credit score. Even then, interest rates will be relatively high, say 5-7%. In any case you will need to start with cash and if you want to get to the point where the bank wants you as a lender, then you will need a lot of cash…
I advise you not to jump into the water like that alone but to accompany someone from the field through which you can learn the practice.
Successfully!!
Hi Roy, Good luck.
1. The visa entitles you to enter the United States subject to the approval of the immigration official at entry. It all depends on him. By and large you are allowed to enter and exit as much as you want, in practice at some point you will not be admitted.
2. The bank will not lend you in the US in the first instance.
You will need cash to get started.
