acquaintance:
My name is Eyal Gil-Ad and I live in Portland Oregon with my family.
In the past, I was an IDF officer, an engineer, an academic teaching certificate, and I participated in a huge real estate project within the army, and from there my great love for real estate was born. I studied law for a bachelor's and master's degree and specialized in the Magistrate's Court in Netanya with the judge who deals with all real estate in the Sharon area, both criminal and civil. I worked for several years in the field of civil law and real estate in Israel and following an opportunity we moved to Oregon.
In Oregon I got certified as a real estate manager, I did this for a while, I started lending real estate investors in Oregon and the US in general and recently I got certified as a real estate broker in Oregon (because realtors here do not like working with investors, and I got tired of chasing them). And Otto is also certified as a broker in the neighboring state of Washington so I will have more tools in another state.
These days:
1. Working on a practical real estate investment course in a completely new concept that will be launched at the beginning of next year.
Accompanies investors in Oregon (free until purchase) and gives an entrepreneurial opinion in other countries as needed (paid including travel and ESL as required).
Flips in the state of Oregon, project manager, represents the property buyer and seller after improvement. Warning Note: Does not go into every project. I learned that small projects are not so profitable even though you see a check at the end.
My motto:
1. Never touch customers' money. Consultant and lender.
2. Prefer to work with those who want to study, want to run alone and do not throw their money to someone else and expect profit.
Professionalism and professionalism in everything. I like to go in depth, become professional and understand, which prevents me from making serious mistakes. There are always mistakes. As the saying goes, whoever does not do is not wrong.
4. Transparency and bringing an opinion. Believes in reflecting and always telling the truth, even if it will make me not close a deal. I am at such a stage in life that I want to sleep well at night and enjoy life, when there is no telling the truth or beautifying things, sleeping in my night is neither good nor fun for me.
