It starts with a small sign that leads to an uncontrollable urge (some would call it craving), and then we do something about it and get rewarded (emotionally / mentally / physically).
It can be a shout from the boss that leads to the pressure that leads in turn to a cigarette break and in return - a feeling of freedom / break.
It can be waking up in the morning, wanting to breathe fresh air, locking running shoes and getting out on the track and in return - feeling better about myself.
