I want to share something with you.
Lately most of my client escorts have started to be a young company up to the age of 30 and I am very happy with that.
I have always accompanied families for real estate investments and most of the time they were people after the age of 40 who had just bought their first property. Again of course it's ok too because they at least started, but let's momentarily see the way of those young company who started the same investment track at 25 = those young company will find themselves in a completely different place, of course if they continue to persevere and invest.
It is great fun to know that some of my clients were young friends who came to me with NIS 100 and told me: "Michael, I will only buy an apartment for another decade", the same company two years later already owns at least one property, and some even 23-25 years old with 2 Assets.
The beauty here is that they continue to live with their parents and manage their normal lives as they did then, only the difference is that they have a property - that it is rented, and every month someone else buys them the mortgage and at the same time their property increases in value.
I wonder if the same company will continue - to work, invest and of course enjoy.
Because every two / three years they will be able to invest and leverage themselves again.
and then ? I wonder what will happen to them in their 40s.
I wonder at what age they retired…
And how many income-producing assets will they have until then….
Then the question arises - what is economic freedom 😉
