What is the advantage you found in buying a property within LLC
I know the general claims about defense and all that. It's like Company Ltd.
The question is did any of you ever feel protected following an incident by the very fact that it is an LLC and not an individual who owns the property?
And especially in someone who owns a rental property, what does this LLC give me in case it is a realistic event and not some absurd event.
I realized that even the issue of inheritance tax relief is no longer relevant who knows what.

There is another important statistic that in the sale of the conference if it is not registered on the LLC the state will hold you 15 percent of the sale for about a year until they see that there was a tax arrangement (in case you are not a US citizen).
