There are 4 strategies for real estate
1. Real estate trading
2. Improvement
3. Value increase
4. Yield
Each one has different time frames and the time frame is different and grows from strategy to strategy
And my personal opinion is that when the market is at an all-time high, long-term investment is more risky
My recommendation is to stay in short-term improvement deals (of up to a year)
