# Management of a renovated AirBNB apartment in Givat Olga
Well it's not so USA but I need some help here - I also posted in the excellent forum of Eliran Zohar - Airbnb Host Israel - who is also one of our excellent facilitators in the Mentormeind program in this field.
** So this is the post: **
Hello everyone and Merry Christmas, my name is Lior and I live in New York
I am in the final stages of a complete renovation of a 4-room apartment + balcony in Givat Olga within walking distance of the sea. The apartment is not the first line to the sea but from the kitchen window you can see the sea
Everything has been completely brand new - quartz kitchen, new shower with fire extinguisher and German floating toilet, air conditioners in all rooms, 7 new ceiling fans, adding 2 rooms in half of the balcony and the rest half balcony for dining table, new paint, new flooring and more.
The goal was for a regular rental but as the renovation progressed I thought to myself why not advertise it for a short term rental.
It is important to note that the building on the outside is old so I do not know how critical it is but inside everything is new.
The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator.
As you probably know, Olga is very much developing with a new beach and promenade among the most beautiful in the country, shopping and cultural centers and more. I believe that for families coming from France for example such a large apartment can be excellent.
I spoke with Eliran, and he advised me to upload a post in the group to find someone in the area who is interested in managing the apartment for rent and of course to come to the apartment to examine what adjustments need to be made - the apartment is in the final stages of renovation.
I would also love to understand what wear and tear and maintenance costs I should expect to see if it pays off compared to a regular rental.
