So what are you doing anyway?

As I told you in the first post,
I was exposed to a lot of business content from a young age,
And I realized that working as an employee and waiting for retirement is really not for me.
It did land on me at a relatively young age,
But everyone in the group knows exactly what I'm talking about.
It is this moment that one understands what this concept of "rat race" is all about.
And it is this moment that one realizes that there is another way.

It's a deadly combination,
Because after that - when the bed is warm and outside is cold.
How do you get up early again in the morning for work when you have no strength?

Look,
As a little girl I remember what a huge happiness it would have been for me if my parents had come to pick me up from school.
Why would it be such happiness?
Because in the beginning they were working until late and it would happen rarely,
So when it happened it was happiness !!
And I remember promising to myself that it would be different for me.

"Economic freedom"
What is economic freedom in general?
I admit that when I wrote my first plan for economic freedom,
The monthly income I wanted to have from assets was about 10,000.
It would have seemed like a lot to me, and I thought it would suffice.
Since then I have constantly raised something like about five times…

Recognize that you are sitting in front of the computer,
Open Excel and start running numbers
Examining how you get to this destination that you have defined as "economic freedom"?

That's what I do today,
And I get to work every day in realizing this dream and making it a reality.

Both for me and for the investors who work with me,
And I say work with me and not invest in me because that's the business model I built,
And I see them as partners along the way.
I decided to focus on a certain "Avatar",
Specific type of people,
Just like I know from home,
And just like other people I know,
Who have reached this goal which they have set for themselves.
And today? Living this concept called "economic freedom" - in fact.

And the truth is, it's a lot of responsibility on the shoulders!
Take and lead these people from point A to point B.
With a strong belief in the righteousness of my way,
And walking the path that great and successful have walked before.

And listen,
it is boring.
Boring.
These are not hundreds of percent returns, nor are Mike Uber renovations.
These are not the most beautiful properties, and they are not located in downtown Manhattan.
These are just numbers, and small steps that all point towards the realization of the great goal.

What does that mean?
Let's take a real example and fake names.
Itzik and Roni live in Givatayim, both are high-tech employees and earn NIS 35,000 each.
Their purpose -
Ronny wants to be more with the kids and also finds a lot of meaning in educating kids in lower grades.
Numerically -
Income of NIS 35,000 per month from assets.
That would be freedom for her.

Of course everyone will have a different goal, and it amazes me every time I rediscover it.
How the same concept, there is a different magic number for each, and a different expression in everyday life.

Assuming we buy a portfolio of properties owned by Roni,
Which is expected to yield a return of 10% and assuming the dollar is 3.5
(I want it to be round, will you flow with me well?)
So the goal is an income of $ 10,000 a month from assets,
$ 120,000 per year
$ 1,200,000 worth of assets all
NIS 4,200,000 The value of the assets in shekels.

So why not buy a property in Israel for this amount?
As far as I know from a quick check on the situation in the country,
Yield on a property for rent in Israel averages 3%.
That means NIS 126,000 a year
And NIS 10,500 monthly. Which means - keep working ????

- And I know what you want to tell me.
If she has a liquid NIS 4 million, then she has no problem stopping working at all right now!
And I say,
When you entered the world of real estate, and put before your eyes your ultimate goal,
Did you start from the assumption that you will get there tomorrow?
Or did you realize that you are going on a journey that will take you a good few years,
But in the end you will fulfill the life you want,
And it will be much faster than waiting 40 years for retirement?
So even if she does not have 4 million shekels tomorrow, she is on her way there.

And that's exactly the point.
Some investors want to enter into a one-year flip deal,
Or a three-year multi-transaction,
And there are those who want one or two properties to have for security,
And there are those who just want to be accompanied by a deal,
And also those who want to be more active.

And what is true?
In my opinion, there is no right.
Each of us has a different set of considerations, different means and different goals.

My fashion,
my passion,
And what I believe in,
That's exactly it.
Solid, "boring" investments
Built with a broad long-term view
Step by step aimed at achieving the goal.
Investments that create a significant and profound real change in our lives.

Imagine,
How will Roni and Itzik's children grow up when their mother is present at home and also feels that her work is contributing and meaningful?
Imagine, how I grew up in a house like this and was inspired, and at my age already building my own asset portfolio?
Imagine in which house your children will grow up, when they see you investing the money and reaching for your financial freedom. And what ideas they will have in mind, what thoughts.

And I have the right today to take part in creating this change in other families.
And it feels amazing and gives me huge meaning.
Because like I said,
I have not built (yet ????) any beautiful building,
And I did not design an impressive house,
And I'm not doing hundreds of percent flips.
Overall,
Another house and another house that builds a stable and significant income in the long run.

And that's what I do.
