Many sites offer information on property valuation

According to data that are not based on the nature of the property.

Is the property renovated?

Does the property need infrastructure repairs?

 

So the question arises as to whether zillow and similar sites can be relied upon to determine the value of the property

 

Based on years of experience and a large number of investments in properties, I was able to address this question with a large sack of investors, so I decided to share with you a glimpse into my video call in which I explained my opinion on this issue.
