Property Management Company in the United States

Three years ago I purchased a property in the US (Cleveland, Ohio) through an Israeli company (I won't mention names here). The property was co-owned by me and the company and was managed by a local management company.
Now, according to the contract, three years after the purchase, I am required to transfer the property to my name only and "find" another management company.
I would say that I was not happy with the management company which was why I would love to take a step but…
I don't know any other management company.
Do you have any recommendations on how to proceed? Recommendations on a management company?
