I recently invested through a company called the Florida Foundation.

I gave a $ 50 loan on a house worth $ 330. I am not responsible neither for the tenants, nor for the maintenance of the property nor for the payment of the property tax nor for the payment of insurance for the property. I feel much more comfortable in this position as an investor living in the country. Has anyone else tried this?
