Hello everyone,
For over two years I travel the world and spend around a month - a month and a half in Israel and I plan to continue in the next few years and then settle in Greece, so I have no intention of living in Israel at all.
I did not give up my residency and I own 50% of the two LLCs I opened.
Partners in both companies are Israelis living in Israel.
So far, I have chosen a marginal tax track and paid 31% of the profits of my Israeli friends.
Since I am not in Israel most of the time and do all the management of the companies from abroad Can the residency of the companies for tax purposes be a foreign company and therefore not pay tax in Israel?
If so, how exactly do I do it?
Thank you,
Ilya
