Hello friends,

Down payment, I own a number of US properties through two LLCs that I opened with partners.

Right now I want to buy more assets alone and decide whether to buy the properties on my first name or open
Another company ..

If I purchase the assets on my behalf then it is very bureaucratic for me and in fact requires nothing since I already have a bank account, credit card, ITIN etc.

If I buy assets under a new company name I need to open the company, get an EIN and open a bank account.

The reason I ask is that I would like to save myself this process ..
