Over the years, we have often raised the issue of real estate sting. This usually happens at a time when a new article is being published on television about real estate investments abroad in which investors have fallen into the trap.

 

So what is the common denominator for all Israelis who have invested the best of their money in real estate investments abroad and have been stung?

 

How do you identify investment offerings that look professional and promise high returns, but which lie behind fraud or simply carelessness?
