Question - I rented an apartment for a couple. At the entrance to the house we passed together and recorded what was left. Among other things I left a living room, asked several times if they wanted it or not. They said yes. During the transfer of equipment, I again asked if they wanted me to turn the living room, again said not that they would not have to buy a living room that way. The living room appears in the appendix to the contract. Two days ago they called, said they had purchased a new living room and requested that I refer the old one. The cost of evacuation (dismantling + lever) is considerable. I understand they are allowed to regret but what is the right thing to do?
