Over the past few weeks, I have gathered a lot of information from the field during hours of talks with brokers, local American investors, hollers, renovation contractors, a management company and more.

Most of the conversations focused on 4 key questions:

1. Current state. What do real estate people in the United States say from the field?

2. Is it possible to make real estate in the days of Corona? Opportunities and risks

3. What opportunities and what obstacles are expected in the real estate market following the Corona crisis?

4. How can investment be made following the Corona crisis and when?
