I read your post and since I am part of an organization that contributes and helps the community, I decided to contact publix and ask them about coupon discounts to donate to people in need. I contacted the network's management and they sent me a list of discounts they make in increased coupon purchases. So even if you buy coupons over $ 100000 the only discount they give is 5%.
