A little about Roy's ever
Roy Maudi is the owner and founder of Valore, which specializes in commercial real estate investments in the US and currently invests only in multi-family complexes.
Roy started 7 years ago in marketing commercial deals (shopping malls, shopping malls, office buildings, hotels, etc.) and connecting buyers and sellers and from there he began to build his network of connections and paved his way to entrepreneurship.
From there he moved to entrepreneurial syndication deals and performed 16 commercial transactions in California. 14 transactions ended successfully and 2 transactions ended with no profits at all.
For the past three years, Roy has been focusing on multi-family investments, with a focus on buildings with 100 apartments and above when operating in the developer cap.
