I am mostly scared of what will happen to all the people who took a mortgage and are now barely paying back. When interest rates go up and inflation goes up. People are going to pay a lot more for their mortgage and are not even aware of it:
If the negative trend in the real estate market intensifies, it is difficult to see inflation raising its head, and interest rates rising.
