# Initiated week First Post - Introducing
Hello friends, hello everyone, fun and great honor to be in the team this week as Entrepreneurs of the Week!
We will introduce ourselves ??
I am Samuel married and father of three works and partner with Joel, married and father of four (in my brother-in-law)??).
I am an employee of the largest international shipping companies in Israel, and Joel is an international high-tech company.
In addition, we own an investment company in the USA B&B Investment LLC in Wisconsin/Milwaukee where we specialize in finding and buying properties below market price, and long-term management for our investors.
We knew the world of real estate entrepreneurship back in 2010. In that year we invested in properties in Israel, we bought cheaply, we rented, and after a while we sold with a return.
Over the years, we were both sucked into different industries and did not continue to develop in the field, but the dream remained true, and from time to time we touched on some entrepreneurial activity that did not develop into a success story.
About two years ago we decided to revive the real estate activity. Unlike before, this time we decided to go for it with all our might. To use all the knowledge and experience we gained working in Israel, and to establish a real estate investment company in the USA.
As I mentioned earlier, for us the world of entrepreneurship has always existed, but we didn't devote ourselves to it until the end and we didn't work and we didn't persevere according to the rules of entrepreneurship (we already mentioned here - financial education).
Apparently life in routine was stronger.
Until…
"Suddenly a man gets up in the morning and feels that he is a people and starts walking"
Maybe it's the age (third decade), maybe it's changes / attrition at work, a childhood friend I met and introduced me to the field and maybe it's even a casual acquaintance with one of the online mentors' videos (in this specific case - Robert Shemin), and a conversation with a childhood friend.
It just happened!
The frustration about the rare opportunities missed, the speed with which we gave up every time there was a failure, and the crazy realization like a huge rock exploding inside you that it is, if it does not happen now it just will not happen…
It's time to lift the glove and start doing something, nobody can be blamed for anything but ourselves, and it's time to get up and take action - if not now, when.
"Employee and self-employed"
Working in a big company in a 100% job and with loyalty to work + having a family with children and in the middle of it all start learning from scratch about US real estate at first it sounds like a customer from a movie ??
But we did it through Robert Shemin's full course, and we started our operations in the United States.
At a later stage we expanded the work and began to give a full answer to our investors in the country, and at the same time, of course maintain a continuous work with the staff abroad on a daily basis.
Unlike the stories of entrepreneurs who identified crises / opportunities, etc. and entered this field "in time", we entered the market when it was very stable.
The beginning was particularly surprising and challenging, a whole world of entrepreneurship came to our eyes.
We began to get to know the small hours of the night up close when we were fortunate enough to work wherever we worked. This is not a Cinderella story, but a job that was and still is challenging and requires energy and a strong willpower that of course we still have.
Countless hours of phone calls, calls, and the construction of a quality team to answer the SYSTEM we studied and implemented.
The beginning was mostly challenging, the work was only in the evening, until the wee hours of the night, and not even until morning. (We are employees, have we already said?). And when we saw that it was impossible to work from home and be in full focus, we rented a small office that we could run and experience as a business for everything.
It involved blood sweat and tears until we finally closed the first deal. It was followed by another and another, and then came the first investor, followed by more and more…
The target audience for us are people like us, people who have the financial ability, and want to increase their passive income, without leaving the careers they have built in years of toil.
But they… are afraid, America is too far away… What if we do not find tenants? And in general, how do we manage a property remotely?
For them, we invest and prosper to address all those who want to invest, but for such and other reasons are still afraid.
This week we will share with you the way we did, the conclusions and insights we came to, and where we stand today. You are sure to benefit
We are at your disposal for any questions ??
