As a property owner in the US right now, given the crisis, is it worth taking advantage of the current value of the real estate (before one or the other decline) and leverage and take a mortgage on the assets (is there really zero interest now?) And thus I can leverage the assets at 0% and before the depreciation

(I have 4 properties in Florida without a mortgage)
