Entrepreneur of the Week - Post # 1 - Introducing
Hello everyone,
First of all, I want to thank you for the privilege of being an entrepreneur (this week) and sharing my knowledge.
Semitic Hannanal Jacob Albu, 32, married and father of four children, has been engaged in real estate entrepreneurship and investment in the United States for the past six years and is now entering his seventh year of doing so.
I spent the first four years in an Israeli-American company that initiated high-quality real estate transactions in the US and acquired my entire (real estate) world.
After four years of doing great work together, I learned a lot, and not only real estate, but also personal and business conduct, I set out on my own and started the company Liberky.
The reason for leaving was the breaking of the glass ceiling I had come to and a strong desire to learn and develop more and more, which less reality allowed me at that time with the same company.
The important thing about this whole story - that we remain friends, and I deeply appreciate their gratitude for a particularly wonderful time.
Before entering the real estate world, I worked in many interesting jobs and put in nice sums for the young man in his twenties.
I came from a warm, loving family that money was not one of her main resources (to say the least) and served in the IDF as a fighter.
Between the release and the beginning of real estate, I tried to set up three businesses that I finally decided to close due to an understanding that I wouldn't "get" them.
Then I decided that I was going to learn about business, in every way possible and continue to engage in daily learning and personal development.
Ask Shimon Peres ZL when he was 80 and something, who he is and what is more than anything, he replied: I am a husband, father, grandfather and president, but more than anything I PupilAnd so I'll be until the day I die. "
I adopted.
This week I will share with you knowledge on topics such as: investment planning, new construction, multifamily and financing.
I will point out that this knowledge is from my personal perspective and from the experience I have gained in the field and I am sure that there are other ways to do it.
