Property rented for a long period needs a refurbishment. The property has not been renovated at all in the last 9 years since its purchase, except for regular repairs.
I got a quote for work and would be happy if the average forum members in the US renovation faucets could shine my eyes on all the prices I got and whether the offer was logical and realistic as a whole. Notably, the property is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Many thanks to the assistants!

1 Paint complete unit glide universal gray eggshell finish remove clean and repaint all ac vents paint all doors base boards and trim white semi gloss remove bathroom exhaust fan clean and repaint
2 Repaint any discolored areas in ceiling with white ceiling paint bathroom and kitchen areas included with paint
3 Paint all base boards white semi gloss
4 Clean and re-grout the bathroom shower tiles and tub edge white non sanded grout
5 Repaint all doors and frames included above with paint
6 Vanity and sink original worn and dirty needs clean and repaint
7 Remove any broken outlet cover wall plates and replace as needed
8 Remove bathroom fan and repaint included above with overall paint
9 Replace missing light dome for bedroom fan
10 Sliding door to porch not opening need to remove lock and replace with new lock
11 Replace mail box key
12 Final cleaning for market
