Where to start
First of all, I want to say that this group in terms of knowledge, sharing, and the amount of information in many real estate areas amazes me every time. To see what depth and experience so many investment niches in the US have in this group is amazing.
With all the information out there, one of the most popular posts that has been appearing for some time is "Where to start"
Although there is a lot of information here, the challenge is that this information is distributed and difficult to gather into one clear plan of how to invest in real estate in the United States.
Every now and then when I see someone new asking "where to start" my heart is pinched. Generally, most commenters on such a post are the investment escorts who try straight to show how their investment is best. Forgive me these commenters - this is not a criticism of you or your investments at all. Some commenters say that before you all start studying and with that I totally agree. That is, if you are at an early stage of investing, invest a little in learning before you jump into the water. Investing in learning will help you make better decisions down the road and more importantly, help you coordinate good expectations for the type of investment you choose. Before you invest in real estate, invest in yourself.
I have to point out that I also have a little jealousy about who gets started today. This group and others provide an excellent support system. The amount of information and knowledge that is easily accessible is tremendous. Although it has only been 17 years since I started, in terms of learning, information, and knowledge is a different world. I wish I had even a small part of these things and I wish I had the opportunity to acquire knowledge from others who have already invested and done a lot. The reality is that most of the information and knowledge I have in my actions, mistakes, and even small financial losses.
Learning real estate, with an emphasis on learning rather than performing at this stage, can be divided into two main groups: one group how to learn to make a certain type of investment - for example, the acquisition of multimalli. A second group is to actually study real estate-related content and use it in almost every aspect of investment in the United States - that is, real estate and non-niche real estate.
Beginning in 2004, I teach investors how to invest in real estate in the United States. About 90% of the classes and lectures I give take place in the United States and English.
A few months ago, Lior approached me and suggested that I come and teach this group as well, in Hebrew.
I would like to invite you to join the Awareness Webinar on the Monotermined program that I built specifically for the group.
The program that I have built consists of various aspects of real estate investment and aims to give the investor comprehensive and broad knowledge of all types of real estate investment derivatives in the United States.
It is also important to note that at the core of the mentorMind program there is also the aspect of escorting and responding to the specific and personal issues of the participants. This means that it is not only a passive curriculum but also a program that helps to implement it.
In the past, this type of program combined learning + specific situations of one or another participant + opportunity for each participant to raise challenges not only academic but also personal challenges related to investment directions, identifying and removing such barriers, and overcoming obstacles.
I teach and work with a group of investors I bring over 15 years of experience, over 4500 rental property transactions, close to 45 flips, experience in times of crisis, high tides, and experience working in over 60 areas of the United States, working closely with Over 50 smart real estate agents - XNUMX property management companies. I bring all this knowledge and experience with me and try to distill it in such a way that it is relevant, topical, instructive, and applied - all to maximize the success of the participants.
Next week, on Tuesday, I invite you to join me on Webbiner's recognition of the mentorMind program I'm going to pass on to a limited group of investors.
