Do you sell assets because of an expected loss of income from rental?
An email I received (pictured below) made me think - here are the "hunters" opportunities starting to work.
Please note, there may be tenants who do not pay, but it is not overwhelming, some are likely to pay.
Management companies know how to deal with the debts of those who only ride on opportunity. For Dodge, I received an email from the management company in Atlanta that they are examining the impact of the corona on the tenant's workplace and will accordingly decide how to proceed with the collection regarding each tenant on their own.
Even in the worst-case scenario, losing a rental income for a few months is not a reason to sell a missing property.
Do not let them stress you out and create panic in the real estate market.
