Flipping houses - Recommended places?

Hello dear friends,

First I must mention that I am very pleased to have encountered the forum. After a brief look at the posts, I was pleased to find that there are users here with impressive level of knowledge and proficiency. Hope I can take a bit with me to the winding road that I hope to start soon… (-;

I only recently started delving into the field of Flipping and I'm just getting started. Currently in the “between jobs” period of choice and would like to spend time studying the subject from all aspects. I plan to stay in the US as required from the time of purchase, escorting the improvement project and selling the property.

I would love to hear some comments and insights from experienced people who specialize in the above field, and if concrete information can be shared about countries and cities recommended to Buy & Sell from current and fresh experience (hoping someone is willing to share the “information”). I would also be happy to connect with those who are in a similar position and / or those who are interested in cooperating.
