Post 1 - Who am I and how the hell did I choose to be a real estate entrepreneur ?!
Hi friends, fun and a great honor to stay in the group as an entrepreneur this week!
I am Liron Dori, 36, a CPA and entrepreneur. I work in 3 areas that complement each other and in fact they all deal with people ???? ♂️???? ♀️:
1. I am a real estate entrepreneur and accompany investors in Israel and the US - The markets I work in in the US are Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Cleveland, Ohio. Yielding is the coolest! ??
2. I am an accountant, the owner of an accountancy and business consulting firm.
3. I am a mentor for personal and business success - Helps people get results through Practical NLP In seminars, lectures and personal mentoring processes.
I am a moving mom and I am put in my little pocket with their wisdom. ??
It wasn't always like that… Today I enjoy the work and crazy energy (most of the time) ??), But until 4 years ago My life was different. They were someone else's life…
Until 4 years ago, I ran a small business department at the bank and successfully passed a bank branch certification. On Paper - Sugar Life! I had Teitel, reputation, clear promotion on the horizon and tenure. What's wrong with running a bank branch at 33 and more with tenure? Guaranteed work for life .. Not bad, even good. But I realized thatIt's good for someone else. Not for me.
what? are you mad? That's how you throw away everything you've worked for. And you weren't looking for a job at all, you want to quit when you have nothing in your hand ?! You're a mother of two!
That's what people told me. That's what I told myself.. And still, I gained the courage and resigned, and for the first time in my life, I, who is used to living life through Axel and strategic plans, do not know what to do ..
Terrible uncertainty! And fear ... oh fear .. ??
But here, I'm still alive and how much fun this time in my life has made me giggle, because I've learned from this the most important thing that has guided me since - if I only do what I'm comfortable with, I stay in the same place, but if I do things that scare me, I come To amazing places!
Since then I have been careful to do what scares and excites me (and of course I define risks and everything under the supervision of a CPA ..????).
But wait .. There was one thing that scared me and I didn't -
Need it!
All my life, I worked in real estate, but only as a bench player - I also worked in real estate as an accountant, but mainly as a banker, I worked in finance and legal. The field just fascinated me and the loans I liked to approve in my branch were real estate loans - in Israel, abroad .. As long as the business plan made sense, my door was always open to entrepreneurs and we did amazing deals! But I was on the bench, supporting and encouraging from the sidelines, not really getting on the field. I was afraid.
How did I overcome fear and get on the field? In the next post…
