Post 4 - What did I learn from the combination of real estate in the country with real estate in the US?

I learned to make the emotional separation between a residential property and an investment property. The first assets I saw a little (a lot) discouraged me. I also got a chance to meet amazing and warm people, who invited me into their home Talk to me, and let me look at the parameters of the apartment that affected its price (and no, this is not something that can be learned either by hand 2, not in real estate or the tax authority's website), to understand them better as sellers and renters, and no less important to me.
