We are exploring St. Louis as an investment area. We are looking to build a portfolio of rental properties, with affordable tenants and refinances using the BRRR method. In addition, in less-favored areas we might go on Rent to Own. I would love to talk to people who have invested there and know the market, regions, numbers, etc. A pleasant conversation is guaranteed : )
