In my opinion (which is why I'm not there) Austin is a great city with excellent Weiss but when it comes to price versus NIS, and market size is already really less attractive compared to many other and similar alternatives such as Dallas and Houston.
Hi, I bought two properties there in the last six months. Prices have risen significantly and rental returns are not high, but the future increase in value of the property is what attracted me.
I have a good broker to recommend.
