I debated whether to bring it up here, but in my opinion, it's important for forum members to know how some rotten apples spoil the good name of most members of the group. From a resume that a US business partner sent me:
(The XXX are the names of the mixed Israeli, deleted
Just talked to a guy name XXX that’s been selling XXX houses. He’s buying junk in the hood for 20,000 and 30,000 and selling it for close to 100k. if it’s in *** I heard he selling it closer to 200. Is this true??
This was very common a few years ago, which is what made Israeli entrepreneurs a terrible name (of thieves and crooks) and created great fear for Israeli investors to invest through Israeli companies. The direct casualties, of course, are actually the good and reliable companies, because "the person of the line" does not know how to differentiate between the companies in the initial stage (by the way, it happens mostly to adults whose test ability is limited and they believe much more).
Today it happens less because there is much more knowledge on the net and lots of collaborative centers of knowledge (like this community), but I still hear about Israelis who sting Israelis. It's important to keep sharing it all the time
I've heard stories like this before. One should be careful and do homework properly. Do not rely on a person's word, it is not strong enough…. You will learn the area and then invest or not !!!
In my opinion, the crooks' side is not interesting because there will always be such a thing that whoever studied real estate and controls the material will never take such a deal. The ignorance 😉
I actually reinforce the post!
I am sure his intention is to tell all the new investors, open their eyes and take a good look at every transaction they get or offer.
I also happened to be offered a deal recently and after a quick look I saw that something was not going well, the price they offered me was significantly higher than the market price in the area and just because of a little experience, I was able to identify and probably prevent future damage.
So if you are unsure, help someone who has already done so and can help with number analysis and gauge the viability of the deal.
Do not take for granted any deal and nothing that we offer !!
Successfully !!
I think your post is doing damage….
What can you understand from that?
Is this one of the members of the group?
