- Do you mainly deal with Flip or do you buy and own assets. What is the consideration in choosing?
- As a resident of Israel and a company owner (LLC) in the US, did you rent a property to tenants through section8 - if so, I would love to hear from your place and experience - what was the experience? And what are the pros and cons?
