Hello everyone !
Ask people here who have gone from daily work to real-time entrepreneurship in real estate or anything related to real estate whether it is the USA or different places in the world.
I plan to move to Real Time Paul and deal with just that, you could say that I have been and will be a student of this profession all the time but I have a lot of knowledge but some experience when it comes to investing (mostly because of insecurity. Fear of losses and mingling with Happers who only promise a guaranteed return)
I currently have an option to enter some businesses. By the way, I'd love to hear if you have anything to offer;
1. A company that deals with renovations, they come to the customer's house and offer him a renovation and an increase in the market value of the property in order to sell it in the future or to recycle the current mortgage on the house. My job is to make face-to-face meetings and close a deal with the client that the work itself is based on commissions only. , by the way I come from the field of marketing and sales so this way of working is not foreign to me).
2. Accompany an entrepreneur who invests in properties abroad. Accompany him to be a kind of unpaid assistant. If I have closed clients or students to what he offers, I also get paid here, this option gives me the option to see up close what this business looks like and how I will fit into it in the future.
3. To work in a management company, a company that manages properties for investors, the job is to learn first of all property management, if there is a malfunction in one of them contact the handyman or contractors in the contact list, report by email to investors if there is a need for renovation that exceeds an amount defined from the beginning by the investor If there is a need for repair, collection of rent from tenants and payment to bank accounts intended for investors.
My goal is to enter the real estate field and be in complete control, 5 years from now my goal is to be a big investor in a multi-family with properties worth 100 million. I currently have time, money and I am not married, I have no commitment and if I have to relax tomorrow I Could be on the flight.
Which do you think is the best fit for my goal out of the possible 3 above or do you have your own option that you would recommend.
Thanks for the answers, have a good week

Hey
First of all, the decision is the first obstacle most people do not pass?
I don't understand if you want to be an entrepreneur or investor?
From the initial impression of writing it seems like an entrepreneur but all the options you have listed are working for a real estate company or investor.
Forums aren't the best place to make fateful decisions in life?
There is everything here and everyone has a different opinion.
If it is knowledge, then you have given 3 completely different directions here.
You realize that your goal is to end up being a multi-investor. Is there a big difference between an investor and an entrepreneur?
And the three options you have listed here will not lead you to your ultimate goal.
Why does it have to be one or the other? Is it not possible to combine? For example, two days in each channel, or change option A, change option B, etc... This is how you will reach the destination point in 5 years with the most knowledge and experience....
I will only give my opinion…
Option number 2 basically means that you will be a recruiter for him because that is where your salary will come from....
You have to choose the person you want to associate with, and make clear expectations about what your doing will be, including if he has a desire to nurture you.
Option number 1 - gives you inside information about renovation management, pricing, understanding the local taste and mentality…
Also allows you to be the man in the field for investors and develop into interesting deals… and will also allow you as Narrera to get deals off the market and even sew deals for the people…
Option number 3 - definitely interesting and important that will also give you important operational information…
In my opinion a combination of option number 1 with option number 3…
And yes that means doing an independent relocation…
Regardless - I have a friend who did option number 1 15 years ago in San Diego and to this day there…
Doing it and other things…
Would you like me to talk to you ... may be able to help you, share his experience and insights
Strive for thought and action…
An experienced 2 option for an experienced entrepreneur in the multifamily field if you are heading for it.
I think you first have to recalculate expectations. Try talking to Tal Levi
I'm sure he'll know how to get you
