It is debating whether to appeal the property tax levy on a property in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County.
The difference between the amount of the discount, if accepted, and the attorney's fee, is estimated at between 300 and 550 dollars for an estimated three years until a recalculation of the value of the asset.
The lawyer I checked with requires a fixed price regardless of success. My question is do you know a company that works in the area by success and charges a percentage of savings if the appeal is accepted?
