If you had told me a decade ago that I would be in the real estate investment field, and more in Miami-US, I would probably be kidding.
After regular service as a fighter in the Golani Regiment and for about a decade, I held management positions in the fields of education, Israeli society and the Jewish world. I coordinated projects for at-risk youth, managed an education department in the council where I live, went on missions with the whole family in South Africa on behalf of the World Zionist Organization and even established and served as director of a theater for children and youth (the first in the country south of Holon). And history and I sat as a public representative on a number of boards.
And even though I was from A to D satisfied with what I did, I had a hard time like many Israelis my age "lifting my head above water" financially.
As you all know, having a family in Israel nowadays is no small financial expense, and in recent years I have been wondering how I can increase my income. Thus was born my “affair” with the U.S. investment field, a safe place where there are endless possibilities and ways to make the big economic leap that many of us long for.
And so, while I was still an employee, I started locating assets, making flip transactions and making profits. After a few years working in the field "on the road", especially after work, I realized that I could take the tools and experience I had gained and help many others invest in real estate, improve their financial situation and succeed in generating passive income channels. I found a way to combine the fun work I do in real estate With my great love to help people.
Despite the worries and dilemmas I had (mostly - will I be able to make a living just from this) I decided I was going for it with all my might: I set up a company here in the country and set off! At first "in small" (flips in relatively small amounts) and today "in large" (multi-family transactions in amounts of millions of dollars for a single transaction).
