"Living in Tel Aviv Dreams of Miami City"
Let's talk briefly about the life of an entrepreneur who lives in the State of Israel but whose business is active in the US…
Then once every few weeks I get on a plane to Miami (about 12 hours on a direct flight) and spend about a week to XNUMX days in a very high load of activity: reviewing new investment properties, visiting the teams that are renovating the various projects, arranging the banks, visiting the municipal offices to do the All the necessary bureaucracy, meetings with realtors, keeping in touch with tenants who rent and more and more and more…
In most cases, looking from the side seems like the easiest and most fun thing to have. "Well, what's wrong with you in life? Flying to Miami and making money from it, too?" It's a phrase I hear many times.
Hopefully I'm not breaking a myth here for some people who think that real estate entrepreneurship allows us to sit foot on foot on the beach all day (which is something I totally try to do ?) But there's a lot of hard work here, too.
While I may not complain, God forbid (as I said in a previous post - I am very much in the choice I made at the time to start an independent business in this fascinating field), but there is no doubt that alongside the great business importance of such a journey, life on the line presents a number of simple challenges.
For me, the main challenge is the family issue. Luckily for me, I have an amazing partner who allows me a lot and although she is also self-sufficient (completely different area), she takes a large part of the house maintenance and childcare tasks while I am there and not here. As far as it may sound clichéd, without strong home support - there is no way to run such a business successfully.
In summary: As with any business, there are many benefits to this area, too, along with slightly less pleasant things. It's all a question of access to life and whether you do things lovingly.
I know to tell me that if I have meaning, I enjoy what I do, I create value for people and also benefit from it - so all good things intensify and all less good things take on secondary meaning.
- Pictured: Between arrangements at the bank and meeting with the realtor, I found some time to watch the Miami Heat ? (This is of course the business benefits to those who did not understand ?).
