If you remember, many of you wrote that would love to see an escort of a deal from start to finish including the end result. So we decided to pick up the glove and last June, during one of @Yaron Shiponi's visits when we met for lunch in New York, the idea came up to follow one of his more special projects to show you the deal process from start to finish.
About a month ago, Yaron told me about an interesting multifamily deal in Miami, which he had just finished refinancing for. After hearing the data I thought it might match exactly what we were talking about. What was special about this deal is the model that we discussed a lot in the forum: buying below market price, improving, leverage and earning back to investors - classic BRRRR - in this case 50% back. So for anyone who asked what the BRRRR deal is, you may want to watch the video we made and describe the deal process.
It was not easy to coordinate with Yaron and I am glad that after efforts and coordination I managed to catch him in the property. It is amazing to see from what the property started and what kind of property it eventually became.
So as usual in the forum, to make things a little more interesting - we will do a lottery…
