A few months ago, I bought a property in Israel from a known lawyer. When he heard what I was doing he immediately invited me to a bni meeting. I got very skeptical about the encounter. I didn't die on networking sessions. But already at the entrance, I realized it was smart to get there, met some real estate people and created great collaborations.
At the moment I am in Thessaloniki and here is the excellent networking here. We were able to reach very, very interesting people that we would not reach through mediation. Smile, handshake, look at the person in front of your eyes and be real, do a wonderful job at real estate
